*** **Disclosure** 1. **Non-Refundable Purchases**: The purchase and installation of any and all construction materials, including footing blends, are non-refundable under any circumstances once they leave the manufacturer’s facility. 2. **Non-Refundable Labor**: All labor costs are non-refundable. 3. **Chargebacks and Credit Card Fees**: Any attempted chargebacks or credit card disputes are subject to a 10% weekly fee. 4. **Legal Fees**: The consumer agrees to pay all legal fees associated with recovery procedures. 5. **Interest on Bounced Checks and Chargebacks**: All chargebacks or bounced checks will incur a 10% weekly interest rate. 6. **Binding Agreement**: The consumer understands that any payments and/or verbal or electronic correspondence signify complete understanding and acknowledgment of these terms in their entirety. All financial burdens will be borne by the consumer. 7. **Down Payments**: A down payment of 50% is required to book and is only refundable if canceled more than 30 days prior to the start of construction.
